Tuffak® A General Purpose Polycarbonate Sheet (stock)
Makrolon® GP Polycacrbonate
Lexan® 9034 General Purpose polycarbonate

UV stabilized and thermoformable, Tuffak® A is the choice for window glazing in areas that require high-impact (virtually unbreakable) resistance. Tuffak® A sheet can be used in both vertical and overhead applications. Standard sheet sizes are available in 48", 60" and 72" X 96" and 120", with thicknesses from .060" to .500". Available in colorless transparent sheet and in solar tints for heat and glare control.

Tuffak® S Polycarbonate Sheet Sign-Grade Material

This high-impact resisting material provides a medium for customer-attracting graphics while withstanding punishment from both vandalism and the elements. It is supplied in colorless, colors and white, in standard-size sheet and reel stock. Sheet sizes include 52", 64" and 76" x 100" and thicknesses from .093" to .177". Tuffak® S sheet is also available with an SP-61 matte finish (one side only).

Tuffak® CM-2 Abrasion-Resistant Coated Polycarbonate Sheet (stock)

This product is designed for glazing applications requiring a combination of abrasion and high-impact resistance, such as transit glazing or school windows. The sheet is abrasion coated on both sides and available in 48", 60" and 72" x 96" sheet sizes, with thicknesses ranging from .118" to .500".

Tuffak® XL Weatherable Polycarbonate Sheet
Markolon® SL, Lexan® XL10

Tuffak® XL has a "built-in" UV barrier and is 100% polycarbonate. Designed specifically for sign applications, it is useful in any glazing application where weathering is of concern. Tuffak® XL sheet, which carries a ten (10) year warranty against yellowing, is suitable for glazing as well as for illuminated signage applications. Available in clear and white with sheet sizes that include 48", 60"
